This ownership model does not constitute a "jouissance à temps partagé" (regulated timeshare use) under French consumer protection law (Code de la consommation, L. 224-69 et suivants).

Ownership interests confer the right to private, non-commercial use only. Owners may not sublet, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit their usage periods.
